William Jacob Management Lands Contract for Two Drill Rigs with an Undisclosed International Major

Houston, TX - July 31, 2013 – William Jacob Management, Inc. announced that the Company received a fast-track contract for two 3,000HP Modular API Offshore Drilling Rigs (001&2) for an undisclosed international major.

William Jacob Management will provide project management, concept design, as well as, Design and design for new concept, low weight modular drilling units. The drilling rigs are expected to be delivered in the third quarter of 2014 and will operate in the Bay of Campeche in approximately 410 ft of water.
