Quality is established where supplied material, equipment or actions are fit for use, meets the intended purpose and performs satisfactory for the specified period. These activities will be performed on engagements overseen or managed by WJM. This includes a detailed scheme, developed and documented for a specific engagement, product, service or contract for achieving the desired level of quality. It shall define who, when and what record will be made of all quality activities, checks, inspections required by the Client.
WJM believes that quality is a shared responsibility. Good communication with our customers ensures that their requirements are clearly understood and incorporated into all processes and procedures. Working together, we can meet critical specifications and deliveries.
WJM’s philosophy is taking the positive “lessons learned” from our previous projects and incorporating them as we continue execution of projects. We are constantly reminding ourselves that you don’t inspect quality; it is inherent within the design.
